The condo does as have wood burning stove if you enjoy making fires on those cold winter or summer nights. There are a few stairs to reach the hallway of this complex. This unit is on the 1st floor and is all one level inside. You can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The Chamonix complex is the perfect location to stay in Mammoth year round. The common area has a swimming pool (open during summer months) , 2 spas outside the recreation room , and 1 spa adjacent to the town homes. The complex recreation room is located on two levels with an adult area including a large screen TV, fireplace and game table and a youth loft with TV, free videos and ping pong. Additional property amenities include a sauna, laundry facilities, summer BBQ area, business center with fax and copy facilities, and a separate video game room.
