MammothCondos.com and its owners are not responsible for the accuracy or content of the information provided throughout this website. We are a listing service to list vacation rentals that buyers use to find vacation rentals. We are not involved in any part of any transaction. Rental transactions are between the property owner and the renter. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality or availability of the rental units. MammothCondos.com assumes no responsibility and in no way warrants the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here.

 Our site is a service for owners/agents to list vacation rentals for rent and for buyers to rent these accommodations. We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our site. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of owners to rent the accommodations or the renters to rent accommodations. We cannot ensure that an owner or renter will complete the transaction. We expect our listing owners to provide accurate information on their listing, but we have no way to ensure this, and we don't have control of our listing owners or our renters. By use of this site, you agree to accept these risks. Owners set their own refund an cancellation policies We are not responsible for refunding rental fees or deposits.

Advertisers
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the information about their property and they are responsible for making sure they have proper licenses for all material posted on this site. Property owners are responsible for adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance. Mammothcondos.com will not tolerate having our domain name associated with the sending of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). MammothCondos.com reserves the right to delist any vacation rental at its discretion and cancel service or block ip address at any time without notification.   MammothCondos.com.com reserves the right to alter, exclude, reject part or in whole, any information in the vacation rental listing supplied by vacation rental owners. This includes hyperlinks. We sell listing space for each single unit.  It is not okay to purchase a one unit listing and advertise for many units.

We will do our best to make sure inquires get to you. Internet email is not 100% reliable. It is your responsibility to test your email link on this site to make sure we have the correct email address. We recommend that you configure your spam filtering software to whitelist the following domains :MammothCondos.com, Mammothretreats.com and jensenshouse.com.  Mammothcondos.com  cannot be responsible for undelivered email. Please do not consider your email address, phone number or links private. At our discretion we may give this information to potential renters. The MammothCondos.com site has many dynamic links and we cannot guarantee the urls to your information will remain static over time.

If for some reason we cannot provide the level of service we promised for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God ,technical web site problems or negligence,  neither Mammothcondos.com or its owner will be held liable for any costs other that the pro-rated costs paid by the client. MammothCondos.com does not guarantee that the web site will be up 100% of the time.  Any and all disputes shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of California, disregarding confiicts of law, forum and venue.

Refunds

Vacation rental listings can be cancelled at any time. It can take up to 14 days to affect the cancellation. No refunds or pro-rated credit will be given for cancellation.
